Donna C. Wright - Corporate Controller

Prior to joining EnCap in January 2001, Ms. Wright served in a variety of financial roles, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of a dot.com start-up, ENVOC. 

Prior to ENVOC, she owned and managed a public accounting and financial services firm for 14 years.  Previously, Ms. Wright served as vice president and treasurer for The Russo Companies, a commercial real estate developer and manager of multiple private real estate partnerships from 1978 to 1986 and in an accounting role for Bawden Drilling, a privately-owned oil and gas drilling firm, from 1977 to 1978.

Ms. Wright received a Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting from Sam Houston State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

She is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America, the Houston Producers’ Forum, the Association for Financial Professionals, and both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPA’s.
