Our Team

Jason Kurian is an associate at EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap, Mr. Kurian was an associate in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Bank of America and part of the Industrials Investment Banking Group at Harris Williams, where he focused on M&A advisory work and public capital raises within the energy and industrial technology sectors. Prior to Harris Williams, Mr. Kurian spent several years at Plains All American in a variety of roles, including corporate development & strategy, trading analysis and treasury.

Mr. Kurian holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston, where he graduated Cum Laude.
