EnCap's investment activities are led by David B. Miller, Gary R. Petersen, D. Martin Phillips, and Robert L. Zorich who have worked together for more than 25 years and collectively have over 100 years of financing experience as principals or agents in the oil and gas industry.

EnCap maintains offices in the heart of the energy business in both Houston and Dallas.  The Company employs a highly qualified team of 15 oil and gas investment professionals, including three petroleum engineers, dedicated to originating and managing portfolio companies.
