Ms. Kim serves as co-head of investor relations and fundraising for EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap in 2007, Ms. Kim spent over three years at Pantheon Ventures, Inc. based in San Francisco, where she focused on the evaluation and monitoring of primary fund investments in North America. Previously, she was an Associate in the Private Fund Group at Credit Suisse Group based in New York.
Ms. Kim received a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Business School and an A.B. in English from Dartmouth College.
