Prior to joining EnCap in August 2011, Mr. Halpin spent one year working in the Global Natural Resources Investment Banking Group at Barclays Capital. While at Barclays, Mr. Halpin primarily focused on public capital raises, restructuring and M&A advisory work within the energy industry.
Mr. Halpin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Halpin is a member of the Houston Producers’ Forum, the Independent Petroleum Association of America and Young Professionals in Energy.
