Our Team

Prior to joining EnCap, Ms. Smith served as a Senior Paralegal in Corporate & Securities at Thompson & Knight LLP for a total of 16 years. During her seven-year tenure with Noble Energy, Inc., she served in the roles of Senior Paralegal and Compliance Coordinator (Senior Compliance Analyst).

Ms. Smith received a B.S. in Business Management with Honors from the University of Phoenix, and she is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).

Ms. Smith is an emeritus member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics.
