Our Team

Prior to joining EnCap in April 2024, Mr. Cloud spent three years working at Ernst & Young and has over five years of experience in public accounting. His focus was federal and state income tax compliance for clients in a variety of industries.

Mr. Cloud graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, Minor in Business Administration and completed the Pre-CPA Program from the University of New Orleans. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
