Prior to joining EnCap in August 2014, Ms. Dan spent eight years with Kinship Trust Company in tax and financial reporting. Ms. Dan is responsible for the administrative functions for the tax department.

Ms. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
