Austin Ritchie is an Associate at EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap, Mr. Ritchie was an Associate at Intrepid Financial Partners, where he focused on both investment banking and principal investing transactions across the energy sector including: upstream, midstream and energy transition.

Mr. Ritchie holds a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
