Dennis F. Jaggi is a Managing Partner and Founder of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Jaggi served as an Executive Vice President and Senior Partner of Flatrock Energy Advisors. Prior to Flatrock Energy Advisors, Mr. Jaggi served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Enogex Inc., an Oklahoma-based midstream affiliate of OGE Energy. At Enogex, he was responsible for management of all operations, engineering design and construction, gas control, capital investments, gas supply and E&P activities. From 1981 to 1997, prior to his role with Enogex, Mr. Jaggi was Vice President and Regional Manager with Delhi Pipeline Corporation, a subsidiary of Texas Oil and Gas Corp., where he managed and directed the activities of Delhi's Northern Region in Oklahoma City. Prior to his role at Delhi, Mr. Jaggi had positions of increasing responsibility with Texas Eastern Transmission.

Mr. Jaggi holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and is a member of The Academy of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Jaggi previously served as Chairman of the Board and Campaign Chairman for the United Way of Central Oklahoma and is currently a member of the Board of Directors. He currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Caiman Energy II and Tall Oak Midstream II and III.

William D. Waldrip is a Managing Partner and Founder of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Waldrip served as President, Senior Partner and Founder of Flatrock Energy Advisors, providing advisory services for the midstream sector. His past responsibilities include serving as COO for Lewis Energy Group and as Vice President and Southwestern Region Manager for Delhi Gas Pipeline. At Delhi, he was responsible for all commercial, engineering, operations and administrative matters associated with Delhi’s assets in South and West Texas, including direct P&L responsibility. He began his career as an engineer with Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation in Houston. He has extensive background in the natural gas gathering segment along with experience with natural gas liquids and crude oil facilities.

Mr. Waldrip holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and completed an Advanced Management Program at Indiana University Graduate School of Business in 1992. Mr. Waldrip is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas. Mr. Waldrip is a past chairman of the Leadership Council for Coker United Methodist Church, and he is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of SAM Ministries. He also currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Rangeland Energy III and Stakeholder Midstream.

William R. Lemmons, Jr. is a Managing Partner and Founder of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Lemmons served as an Executive Vice President and Senior Partner of Flatrock Energy Advisors. Prior to joining Flatrock in 2002, Mr. Lemmons served as a Vice President with Enron Corp., where he held various energy finance and commercial origination positions from 1992 to 2002. From 1984 to 1992, Mr. Lemmons was with Texas Oil & Gas Corporation, where he was a Project Development Engineer with Delhi Gas Pipeline, a Drilling and Production Engineer with TXO Production, and worked in Corporate Planning & Strategy Development.

Mr. Lemmons holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as an M.B.A. (Phi Kappa Phi) from the Mays Graduate School of Business at Texas A&M University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and a member of the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers. The Lemmons family is active in supporting several service organizations such as Hill Country Daily Bread, the Boerne Education Foundation and Family Legacy Ministries in Zambia. Additionally, Mr. Lemmons has been and remains active on various advisory and other boards at Texas A&M University.  He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Texas A&M Foundation. In July 2017, Mr. Lemmons was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the George H. W. Bush Presidential Library Foundation, and in May 2013, he was a Civilian Fellow at the 60th National Security Forum at the Air War College at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, Alabama. He currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Caiman Energy II, Cardinal Midstream III and Moda Midstream.

Gregory C. King is a Managing Partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2015, Mr. King served as President of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE: VLO) from 2003 to 2007. As Valero’s President, he helped develop and execute a strategy to build the largest independent refiner in North America. During the same period, he also served as a member of the board of directors of Valero, LP (now NuStar Energy, L.P) (NYSE: NS). Mr. King held various roles before being named President, including General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. King also is actively involved with a number of charitable organizations. He serves as the Chairman of Focus on the Family, a national, faith-based organization headquartered in Colorado Springs. Mr. King also sits on the board of directors of the University of Houston Law Foundation. Mr. King earned his J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center in 1985 and practiced law as a partner at Bracewell LLP’s Houston office from 1985 to 1993. He received a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas in 1982. Mr. King currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Lotus Midstream and Moda Midstream.

David J. Kurtz is a Managing Partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2014, Mr. Kurtz served as President and Partner of Alpine, Inc., an exploration and production company focused on both conventional and unconventional plays. From 2003 to 2013, with Alpine, Mr. Kurtz was responsible for raising capital, acquiring and developing acreage, and the divestiture of more than 700,000 acres in various project areas. Prior to Alpine, Mr. Kurtz served as Vice President of Business Development for OGE Energy Corp., an Oklahoma regulated public utility, and its subsidiary Enogex Inc., an unregulated midstream company, where he was responsible for the successful acquisition and divestiture of numerous assets. Mr. Kurtz has also held various engineering, commercial, and project development positions with Delhi Pipeline Corporation.

Mr. Kurtz holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Kansas and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Brammo, Inc. and serves in an advisory role for CBA Pharma, Inc., two privately held companies. He currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Cardinal Midstream III, Getka Energy, Cogent Midstream and Tall Oak Midstream II & III.

Samuel G. Pitts is a Managing Partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2014, Mr. Pitts was part of the senior leadership team in the Global Energy Investment Banking Group at Citigroup. In this capacity, he focused on financial advisory work related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures within the midstream and upstream sectors, as well as public and private capital market raises. Prior to that, he was with UBS Investment Bank and a predecessor, Dillon Read & Co. During his investment banking career, Mr. Pitts advised on over $50 billion in transactions and represented issuers in over $15 billion of securities offerings. Mr. Pitts holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Aspen Midstream, Greenfield Midstream, Lotus Midstream, Nuevo Midstream Dos and Tradition Midstream.

Dennis J. McCanless is a Partner of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2007, Mr. McCanless was the President and CEO of Gas Solutions Holdings, Inc., a company focused on natural gas gathering and processing in the East Texas Oil Field and Cotton Valley plays of East Texas. He also spent five years as the director of commercial assets for Enbridge Energy in Houston, where he was in charge of the rapid profitability of the Texas Panhandle/Western Oklahoma and South Texas assets from 2002 until 2007. Mr. McCanless has also held various asset management, commercial development and engineering positions with El Paso Field Services, Aquila Gas Pipeline Corporation, and Delhi Gas Pipeline.

Mr. McCanless holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. He is a member of Pi Epsilon Tau, Beta Gamma Sigma and the Gas Processing Association – Houston Chapter.

Morriss L. Hurt is a Managing Director of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2008, Mr. Hurt was President and Founder of The Encino Group, a boutique investment bank providing institutional quality financial advisory services for entrepreneur-owned companies. In this capacity, Mr. Hurt raised growth capital for high-quality management teams and provided mergers and acquisitions, financial and strategic advisory services. Prior to Encino, Mr. Hurt was a financial analyst with Salomon Smith Barney in New York, working in the firm’s Global Power group. Mr. Hurt earned a B.B.A in Finance from Texas A&M University and serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Cogent Midstream, Evolution Midstream, Greenfield Midstream and Rangeland Energy III.

Rob Wingo is a Managing Director of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Mr. Wingo joined EnCap Flatrock Midstream in early 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wingo served as senior vice president of midstream and marketing for Rice Energy from 2015 to 2018; senior vice president, chief operating officer and member of the board of directors for Rice Midstream Partners from 2014 to 2018; and vice president of midstream and marketing for Rice Energy from 2013 to 2015. In these roles, Mr. Wingo helped launch Rice’s midstream business and spearheaded its growth to become one of the largest providers of dry gas gathering and freshwater delivery services in the Marcellus and Utica shales. During the same period, he also led Rice Energy’s marketing department, where he helped develop and execute a marketing strategy to become one of the largest sellers of natural gas in the Appalachian Basin. 

Prior to Rice, Mr. Wingo was with Copano Energy, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in operations, engineering, project management, business development and corporate development. Mr. Wingo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Stakeholder Midstream, Evolution Midstream, Candor Midstream, Clear Creek Midstream and Nuevo Midstream Dos.

H. Bryan Danmier is a Vice President of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2008, Mr. Danmier held various management and engineering positions with Regency Gas Services, Energy Transfer Company, PG&E Gas Transmission, Teco Pipeline Company and Delhi Gas Pipeline Company. Mr. Danmier has been responsible for the design, construction and operation of major gas pipelines, compressor stations, gas processing plants, treating plants, acid gas injection facilities, sulfur recovery units, nitrogen rejection plants and gas storage surface equipment. A registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Mr. Danmier holds a B.S. in Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A&I University.

Thomas J. Waldrip is a Vice President of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Mr. Waldrip joined Flatrock Energy Advisors in 2006 and EnCap Flatrock Midstream upon its formation. He holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the University of Incarnate Word. During his time at Flatrock Energy Advisors and EnCap Flatrock Midstream, Mr. Waldrip has gained experience in midstream evaluation and economics. He provides support to all finance, administrative, and accounting functions of EFM's funds and portfolio companies. He is a member of the Delta Mu Delta International Business Honor Society and the National Energy Services Association. Meredith M. Stieler is the Vice President of Accounting and Controller of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Ms. Stieler joined EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2012 and has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and risk management positions. She began her career in public accounting and served as a Senior Auditor with KPMG. In 1990, she joined the wholesale gas trading business at Enron Corp. and over the next 12 years served in a variety of energy accounting and risk management positions. Ms. Stieler has held positions as Controller in the construction industry and a non-profit organization serving youth in Texas. Ms. Stieler holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Houston Baptist University.

Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2015, Mr. Misialek was a Facilities Engineer at Williams Companies in Oklahoma City and San Antonio. At Williams, he provided engineering support on greenfield and acquisition projects in the business development group, as well as engineering pipeline and facilities infrastructure in the Eagle Ford Shale play. Mr. Misialek holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Spanish from Oklahoma State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

Ryan T. Lupo is the GIS Manager of EnCap Flatrock Midstream. Mr. Lupo joined EnCap Flatrock Midstream in 2019, bringing over 10 years of Geographic Information Systems knowledge and experience. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream, Mr. Lupo spent nearly five years at Howard Energy Partners building a GIS infrastructure as a Senior GIS Analyst. Before his role at Howard Energy Partners, Mr. Lupo grew his experience in Occidental Petroleum’s Information Technology GIS group supporting Oxy’s worldwide GIS infrastructure and growing their South Texas and Mid-Con GIS systems. Mr. Lupo holds a B.S. in Geographic information Systems from Texas A&M University.

Michelle L. Broyles is an Administrative Assistant for EnCap Flatrock Midstream. She is also responsible for all the administrative and accounting functions for GCK Ventures. Prior to joining EnCap Flatrock Midstream, Ms. Broyles worked at Valero Energy Corporation for 27 years, including serving as an executive assistant to the President.
