Our Team

Ms. Kerr joined EnCap in August 2025. She is a licensed attorney and spent almost 10 years at Vinson & Elkins LLP, a global law firm based in Houston. She was an associate in the firm’s Corporate section and then held various leadership roles on the administrative side, directing global practice management and business development initiatives for the M&A/Private Equity and Capital Markets group. 

Ms. Kerr graduated with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in the Plan II Honors Program from the University of Texas at Austin.
