David Cook is an Associate at EnCap Investments. Prior to joining EnCap, Mr. Cook was an Analyst at PEI Global Partners, where he focused on M&A advisory and financings across the power sector, including renewable energy and natural gas.

Mr. Cook holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, with majors in Finance and Accounting.
