Our Team

Prior to joining EnCap in August 2026, Emme Patterson spent two years working at TPH&Co., the energy business of Perella Weinberg Partners, where she focused on A&D, M&A advisory, and continuation vehicles within the energy industry. Ms. Patterson graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Business Honors and Finance as well as a minor in Management Information Systems.
