Our Team

Prior to joining EnCap in August 2024, Palmer Johnson spent three years working in the Energy Investment Banking Group at RBC Capital Markets in Houston, where he focused on A&D, M&A advisory, and public capital raises within the energy industry.

Mr. Johnson graduated from Texas A&M University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Finance and Business Honors as well as a minor in Economics.
